Sunrize Asafoetida Powder - This powerful-smelling spice is used extensively in Indian and Iranian cooking. Try it in small amounts to enhance other flavours, or as a replacement for garlic and onions in your favorite recipes. Smells quite pungent but this lestens when used in cooking.

It was believed that asafoetida enhanced singers voices. In the days of the Mughal aristocracy, the court singers of Agra and Delhi would eat a spoonful of asafoetida with butter and practice on the banks of the river Yamuna.
Usage

Once opened store in an airtight container - aroma is strong and needs to be separate
