Description
Sunrize Balti Curry Powder - a medium hot curry powder originally from a region of northern Pakistan called Baltistan. The Balti can be either a meat, fish or vegetarian curry, cooked slowly and served with chapattis or naan bread in place of rice.

Usage
Meat, fish or vegetarian curry. As a flavouring for stews and soups.
Storage requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

A slightly sweeter more aromatic curry powder with cinnamon, dill, bay and nutmeg.
