Description
Sunrize Bay Leaves - a distinctively strong, aromatic, almost spicy flavour. One of the ingredients in Bouquet Garni. Bay Leaves or Laurel, are the dried leaves of the evergreen tree, Laurus nobilis.

In Ancient Greece and Rome, bay leaves and branchlets were used as wreaths to crown their victors. Champions of the Olympic games wore garlands of bay leaves.

Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
