On the Label Use Ferns' Biryani Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.
Lamb Biryani Recipe: 2 Lamb steaks, thinly sliced 2 tps oil 150g uncooked basmati rice 4 tbsp water 3 tsp Ferns' Biryani Paste
Method: Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius / gas mark 4. Stir fry the lamb and oil in a saucepan for three minutes. Pour in the water, rice and Biryani paste and stir well. Bring to the boil and transfer to an oven proof dish, cover and place in the oven for 25 minutes before serving.
Suitable for vegans, vegetarians & halal. Free from artificial colours, flavouring and preservatives. Gluten free and nut free.
Ingredients: Water, Chilli powder, Refined sunflower oil, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Acetic acid, Pepper.
Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
