Sunrize Black Mustard Seeds - dark brownish/black seeds that are more pungent than the white seeds.

The condiment got its name because it was made by grinding the seeds of what was once called the senvy plant into a paste and mixing it with must (an unfermented wine).
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
