Description
Sunrize Black peppercorns - hot and biting flavour - comes from the pepper plant which bears little white flowers that develop into berries known as peppercorns.They are picked when still green and dried in the sun until they turn black.

In Elizabethan times, pepper was sold by the individual grain, and guards on the London docks had their pockets sewn up so they couldn’t steal any spices.

Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

Black Peppercorns have an intensive dry heat to them which adds a fiery kick to your food. Use freshly milled on any dish, or use whole in marinades.
