The Sunrize Fact-ory
The Cajuns are an ethnic group consisting of the descendants of Acadians who settled primarily in Louisiana (which became the home of Cajun food) after they were expelled from the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island in 1755 as a result of their refusal to swear allegiance to the British Crown.

Casseroles, stews, soups, meats, fish, vegetables
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

A delicious aromatic blend of spices for making traditional jerk dishes. Originally from the Caribbean, Jerk has a hot smokey flavour and is delicious with meat and fish. Try as a rub or marinade for bbq or for grilling.
