On the Label Dried Chestnuts are absolutely delicious. They have been peeled and are very easy to use. Try them chopped and sauteed with sprouts or cabbage, roasted whole with garlic and olive oil, pureed, or simply use them in stuffing. Directions for use: Soak the chestnuts in water for 24hours or overnight. Replace water, bring to the boil in a small pan and cook for approx 20 minutes or until at the right consistency for your recipe.
