Description Sunrize Cinnamon Quills - sweet and fragrant - Cinnamon is the dried inner bark of various evergreen trees belonging to the genus Cinnamomum. At harvest, the bark is stripped off and put in the sun, where it curls into the familiar form called "quills."

Storage Requirements Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
On the Label Cinnamon has a wonderful strong and sweet taste which has been prized for centuries throughout the world. It is great in many desserts, particularly with apple, but can also add an extra flavour to marinated meats, and in particular lamb.
