Description
Sunrize Easy Cook Pre Fluffed Rice - Precooked so does not need to cook for as long.Rice is an excellent source of energy. It is rich in carbohydrates, which are broken down into glucose to provide energy for working muscles and fuel for the brain.
Rice is low in sugar and total fat and saturated fat. It is cholesterol-free, contains negligible amounts of salt and has no additives or preservatives.

Rice and its by-products are used for making straw and rope, paper, wine, crackers, beer, cosmetics, packing material, and even toothpaste.
Usage
Any recipe that requires rice.
To Cook:
Wash and place in saucepan with about 2cm water above rice. Add salt to taste and bring to the boil. Stir ONCE. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and cover. Cook for 20 mins until tender.

Storage requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container.

Directions for use:
Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the rice. Bring back to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer until tender (approx 16-20mins). Add salt if required.
Delicious with olive oil, chopped parsley and crushed garlic.
