Description
Sunrize Fenugreek Leaves - Fenugreek is used both as an herb (the leaves) and as a spice (the seed). The leaves have a spicy flavour with a strong curry type aroma.

Fenugreek was used by the ancient Greek in the making of balms that helped treat fever and was also a key ingredient in the science of mummyfying. It was also prized by the Romans and was respected for its food value that included minerals and proteins.
Usage
Works well with Indian dishes, vegetarian cuisine, rice, eggs, spinach, potatoes, marinades, meat and fish.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
