Description Sunrize Garam Masala - a blend of ground spices including Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Cloves, Black Pepper, Cardomom, Pimento, bay Leaves and Nutmeg common in Pakistani/Indian cooking. Garam means heat and masala means spice.
Usage Used at end of cooking usually after the flame has been turned off. Good in Soups, stews, meat and poultry dishes. Great with pulses, onions, tomatoes, vegetables, rice dishes and fresh fruit salad.
Storage Requirements Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
