Description
Virani Gram Flour - A Superior Gram Flour as this is made from Chana Dall as opposed to ground chick peas which is often the case. It has a slightly nutty flavour and an earthy aroma. It is high in protein and is naturally gluten free.

It is used as a facial exfoliant and is very popular in India and Pakistan, by making a paste out of it by mixing it with water and sometimes plain yogurt as well.
Usage
Ideal for use in Indian Cooking, as a thickener and as a substitute for some recipes that use wheat flour
