Description
Sunrize Ground Cinnamon - Cinnamon is the dried inner bark of various evergreen trees belonging to the genus Cinnamomum.

Cinnamon was more precious than Gold in the ancient days and Nero, emperor of Rome in the first century AD, burned a years supply of cinnamon on his wife’s funeral pyre which was an extravagant gesture meant to signify the depth of his loss.
Usage
Arabic and North African cuisine, Indian, Sri Lankan, Indonesian and Malaysian cooking ,biscuits, cakes, desserts, mulled wine and syrups.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

Cinnamon has been used for centuries and has a wonderfully strong aromatic flavour which lends itself particularly well to fruit and desserts. It is also used extensively in North African, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine.
