Description
Sunrize Ground Coriander - Coriander is the seed of Coriandrum sativum, a plant in the parsley family. It has a sweet and citrus falvour.

Usage
Desserts and sweet pastries as well as in curries, meat, and seafood dishes with South American, Indian, Mediterranean, and African origins.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

Ground coriander is a wonderfully perfumed spice which is used extensively in Asian and Mexican cuisine. Along with cumin, it is the basic spice for most curries and adds a delicate sweet flavour.
