Usage
Used in North African, Middle Eastern, western Chinese, Indian and Mexican cuisine. Usually an ingredient of curry powder and good in a variety of dishes as it draws out natural sweetness.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
On the Label
Ground cumin has a wonderful pungent aroma. It is used extensively in Asian, Middle Eastern and North African cuisine and is particularly good with lamb for Tagines or Keebabs.
