Usage
Used widely in Asian, Caribbean, Sri Lankan and Indian cooking. teas, soups, curries, pultry, fish and seafood.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

Lemon grass is used extensively in Thai and Eastern cuisines. It has a wonderfully aromatic with a strong lemon flavour which is great in Thai soups, curries and rice dishes.
