Description Sunrize Lime Leaves - from the kaffir lime tree which is native to South East Asia - has a lime aroma and citrus flavour.
Usage Ideally used in Cambodian, Indonesian and Thai food. Great in soups, stir fries, curries, sauces, puddings, custards, teas, wines, chicken and fish.
Use like bay leaves and add at beginning of cooking time and remove before serving.
Storage Requirements Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
