Usage 1. Stir fry 50g of curry paste with 1 tablespoon of oil then add 240ml coconut milk. 2. Add 200g of meat and another 120ml coconut milk and heat until boiling. 3. Add 150g cubed potatoes, 50g onion, 15g peanuts, 120ml water and cook until the vegetables soften. 4. Add 3 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of tamarind extract, taste and then season as required.
