During the middle ages, powdered mint leaves were used to whiten teeth.
Usage
Great with Potatoes, peas, eggs, salads, beans, carrots, stews, soups, marinades, dressings. Used to make tea.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

An extremely flavoursome herb, mint is fresh and sweet and used extensively in many different cuisines. Traditionally served with lamb, it is great to add to many different marinades for both meat and vegetables.
