Usage
used in cakes, biscuits, pies, crumbles,seasonings, pickles, stewed fruit and oriental cooking. Essential spice for Christmas in Mulled wine, puddings, cakes and mincemeat.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
