Description Sunrize Mustard Powder - Powdered Mustard has no aroma when dry, but a hot flavour is released from the essential oils of the mustard seed when it is mixed with water
The Sunrize Fact-ory Mustard powder was invented in 1720 by Mrs. Clements of Durham, England, who successfully developed a milling process and made a fortune selling the dry, paleyellow mustard flour as "Durham mustard" - a "hot product".
Usage Use for making Mustard, great for mayonnaise, marinades, sauces, dressings, grilled meat and fish and cheese dishes.
Storage Requirements Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
On the Label Made from ground dried mustard seeds, mustard powder can be used as a flavour enhancer, or mixed with a little vinegar and water to create mustard.
