Description Sunrize Pink Peppercorns - with a delicate, sweet and spicy flavour, these little berries are not a proper member of the pepper family but from the tree Baies Rose - the green berries become a beautiful reddish pink just before harvesting. However they are similar to peppercorns in both size and shape which is why they are named pink peppercorns. Very fashionable in fine cooking.
The Sunrize Fact-ory The blossom from the tree is used to make honey
