Description Sunrize Pudding Rice - This is a short grain rice and the grains are very absorbent therefore less rice is required in proportion to liquid.
The Sunrize Fact-ory Scientists believe there are 140,000 varieties of cultivated rice, but no one knows the exact number.
Usage Rice Pudding To Cook: Generally 1oz (25g) rice to 1 pint of milk. Best cooked in a slow oven with a knob of butter, a little sugar and a generous topping of grated nutmeg. OR *Omit the sugar and add a spoonful of your favourite jam or honey once cooked. *Omit the sugar and add a few 'Sunrize' Raisins, sultanas, dried cranberries, blueberries, blackberries or Sunrize Vitality Mix after cooking - leave to stand for 10 mins before serving. *Add a little cinnamon or mixed spice to replace the nutmeg
