Description Sunrize Rice Flour - Rice flour is primarily made from polished broken rice and is therefore usually whiter than wheat or rye flour, it is usually ground more finely also. Gluten Free. Rice flour is closest to wheat flour in behaviour, taste, absorption, and thickening. Because it lacks the ability to bind, it will have to be added to another starch source in many baking dishes. The Sunrize Fact-ory Two Japanese car brands were named after rice. Toyota means 'bountiful rice field', while Honda means 'the main rice field'.
