Paprika is traditionally associated with Hungary. Paprika became commonly used in Hungary by the end of the 18th century. Two towns in Hungary (Szeged and Kalosca) competed against each other for the title of Paprika capital of Hungary.
Usage
Marinades, rubs, dips, vegetables, salad dressings.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

Smoked Paprika is a wonderfully flavoured spice made from grinding char grilled dried peppers. It has a smokey intense flavour which is ideal for stews, casseroles and many meat dishes.
