On the Label Use FERNS' Tikka Masala Curry Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry. Tikka Masala Recipe: 2 Chicken breasts 3 tsp Ferns' Tikka Masala Paste 250g tin Chopped Tomatoes 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 tsp fresh chopped coriander 1 tbsp oil Juice of 1 lemon 3 tbsp natural yogurt
Method: Mix together 2tbs of curry paste and the yogurt. Add the chicken and marinate for 2 hours. Heat the oil, add the onion and fry until golden. Add the remaining 1 tbs of curry paste and 100ml water. Add the chopped tomatoes and the marinated chicken and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the lemon juice and coriander and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve!

Ingredients: Water, Chilli powder, Refined sunflower oil, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Acetic acid and Pepper.
