Description
Sunrize White Peppercorns - These are black peppercorns that have been left to ripen longer and then the black outer shell is removed to reveal the white seed. An aromatic flavour that is less pungent than black peppercorns.

Usage
Pickling spices, marinades, light coloured foods like mashed potato, soups and sauces, meats, fish, eggs.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
On the Label
White pepper comes from black pepper which has been allowed to stay on the tree for longer before harvesting. It benefits by having a stronger more fragrant flavour than black pepper and is used extensively in Chinese cuisine.
