Description
Sunrize Dried Whole Chillies - birdseye - very hot and very small chillies that pack a punch for the taste buds so use with care!
Warning: can burn the eyes, mouth and skin - always scrub hands thoroughly after handling.
The Sunrize Fact-ory
Water will not cool your mouth down after eating chilli because pure capsaicin (which is what makes the chilli hot and contained inside the fruit) is a whitish powder, which is insoluble in cold water and so it won’t help to ease your burning tongue! Dairy products like milk, ice cream or yoghurt will help to cool the mouth down. The more fat in the product the better. Also, starchy foods tend to absorb the heat!

Indian, Mexican, South East Asian, North African Dishes.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

Our whole ‘Birdseye’ chillies come from India and are extra hot! They have a lovely dry heat which can compliment many different dishes and not just ones from Asia and India. Try infusing around a dozen in a bottle of olive oil and using on pasta and pizzas for an extra kick!
