Description
Sunrize Whole Coriander - The commonest use of coriander seed is in curry powders, where it is the bulkiest constituent, often rough ground in India to give a crunchy texture. Coriander is both a herb and a spice and the seeds are the spice.

Coriander seeds are used in brewing some varieties of beer. They are often used in conjunction with orange peel to add a citrus character to these styles of beer.
Usage
The seeds can be used in stews and soups, salads and sweets, breads, cakes and to flavor liqueurs.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.

Coriander has a wonderful delicate aroma and is used extensively in Indian, North African, Middle Eastern and Mexican cuisine. It is also great crushed and used as a rub for BBQs and meat dishes like kebabs and burgers.
