Description
Sunrize Whole Orange and Lemon Peel. Italian Oranges, Lemons and Citrons are imported by us to make this delicious peel mix. It is slightly drier than the chopped mixed peel.
Usage
Baking and decoration
Cut the whole peel into strips with a pair of scissors and dip them into melted chocolate. Leave to dry on non stick baking parchment. Serve them with dark cherries or pack into little boxes for presents.
Storage requirements
Store in a cool dry place. If kept in a screw top jar this product will keep for upto a year
On the label
Large pieces of lemon and orange peel delicately preserved in sugar for a great flavour. Ideal for use in home baking, either as an ingredient or decoration.
