Description Mae Ploy Yellow Curry Paste
This is Mae Ploy's only vegetarian Curry paste. Makes a fabulous authentic Thai curry with no artifical additives (No MSG, No Preservative, No artificial colouring).
Usage 1. Stir fry 50g Yellow Curry Paste with 1 tablespoon oil. 2. Add 240ml coconut milk. 3. Add 200g meat (or vegetarian equivalent) and another 120ml coconut milk and bring to the boil. 4. Add 100g cubed potatoes, 50g onion, 120ml water and cook until the potatoes have softened. 5. Add 2 teaspoons sugar, tase and then season as required.
Nutritional Information Contains: Lemongrass, Garlic, Shallots, Salt, Galangal, Dried red chilli, Coriander seeds, Kaffir lime peel, Cumin, Cinnamon, Mace, Turmeric, Cardamom.
Storage Requirements Do not expose to sunlight and refrigerate once opened
